On the job you will:
* Provide safe, high-quality, person-centered care to residents
* Assist residents with daily living activities including hygiene, mobility, and meals
* Support residents' independence, dignity, and wellbeing
* Work collaboratively with nurses and other care staff
* Maintain accurate care documentation in line with facility standards
What you bring:
* Certificate III or IV in Aged Care, Individual Support, or equivalent
* Minimum 12 months experience as a PCW (Aged Care preferred)
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Empathy, patience, and a genuine passion for caring for older Australians
* Valid Working Rights in Australia
* Current Police Check, NDIS Worker Screening, and up-to-date vaccinations (including flu and COVID-19)
