As Sales Support within the Partner Growth team, you'll be part of a collaborative, passionate and winning team who is known for exceeding their targets. What You'll Do:
* Drive proactive engagement with our merchant partners.
* Execute on sales activities, aligned them with the team's growth objectives.
* Liaising and working closely with the team to deliver targeted campaign outcomes.
* Manage client queries in relation to humm products and services to further build business relationships.
* Identify opportunities within our partner base to grow our market share and expand business opportunities.
* Prepare and distribute partner reports across various cadences.

* A track record of phone-based roles
* Exposure to CRM and Microsoft suite
* Strong relationship builder; account management skills a bonus
* Strong service ethos and great customer engagement
* Experience dealing with financial products such as BNPL and long-term interest free products is a bonus, but not essential.
