This is a unique opportunity to provide crucial support to customers in the hardships space, offering solutions and guidance during challenging times.
This role offers a 9-month casual assignment with full-time hours and the view for a long term career. It provides a supportive, dynamic team environment where you can build a meaningful career.
What You Will Do
* Managing inbound and outbound calls related to existing customer mortgages/loans.
* Acting with urgency and empathy to address customer inquiries and concerns.
* Proactively identifying and developing solutions for customers experiencing financial hardship.
* Delighting customers by always looking for new opportunities to improve their experience.
* Contributing to the continuous improvement of the overall customer journey.
We're Looking For Someone With
* A strong background in a call centre or customer service environment, with proven experience handling difficult calls or customers.
* Exceptional empathy, professionalism, and resilience.
* A demonstrated ability to resolve disputes and maintain a strong customer focus.
* A high degree of attention to detail and accuracy.
* The ability to work a rotating roster between 7.45am and 8pm, Monday to Saturday.
* Must be available to commence Monday 15th June 2026.
* Must be available to attend an in person Assessment Centre Thursday 28th May 2026.
