About the role
RKH Air Conditioning Services is seeking a part-time Book Keeper/ Office Administrator to join their team in Eltham, VIC. In this critical role, you will be responsible for assisting in managing the day-to-day financial operations and providing administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the business.
What you'll be doing
* Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable and receivable
* Provide administrative support, such as filing, data entry, and responding to customer inquiries
* Assist with the preparation of monthly reports
What we're looking for
* Proven experience as a Book Keeper or Office Administrator, preferably in a small business or professional services environment
* Knowledge of accounting principles, financial management, and bookkeeping practices
* Proficiency in using accounting software, such as MYOB
* Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
* Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* A proactive and flexible approach to problem-solving
