The HR Systems Officer plays a vital role in working with business stakeholders to ensure our HR systems meet their needs.

This position works closely with operational management across our organisation and the People, Performance and Culture team to deliver systems solutions for continuous improvement.

* Coordinate system and process changes to resolve challenges and meet business needs
* Support centres, operations, recruitment, and payroll teams in resolving HR systems queries and issues
* Develop and deliver quality reporting across all HR platforms as required by the business
* Provide systems support to troubleshoot issues and improve user experience
* Work with department leads to improve induction and onboarding processes
* Collaborate with operational managers and suppliers to build effective learning courses and materials
* Oversee course enrolments and report on status updates
* Implement new modules throughout our organisation
* Facilitate systems training with managers
* Develop and deliver training and user guides across HR Systems and processes
* Assist in collating data and information for HR metrics
* Research new system trends and functionality to enhance existing systems solutions

You will have:
* Experience with HRIS systems in a similar role
* Experience with Articulate 360, Smartsheet, and Sharepoint
* Knowledge and experience working with other HRIS systems, including Harver, Revelian, and Formaliti
* Strong Excel skills for report-building
* Ability to understand business challenges and needs
* Previous project management experience, overseeing systems implementation and roll-out
* Ability to work autonomously and drive outcomes
