About the Job:

An opportunity exists for an experienced Human Resource (HR) professional to join our team as an HR Consultant.
">
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing timely, high-quality HR advice and support to our people leaders in accordance with company policy, best practice, and relevant HR legislation.
">
Key Responsibilities:
">
">
* Facilitate the employee journey across the entire employee life cycle.
">
* Work strategically with key stakeholders to identify and implement talent attraction strategies.
">
* End-to-end case management of people-related queries including coordination of enquiries with relevant P&E Centre of Excellence and/or Payroll.
">
* Deliver timely, consistent, and high-quality P&E advisory services and operational support to employees and managers.
">
* Develop strong relationships with our leaders to become trusted advisers and influence their people management duties.
">
* Contribute to the development of people leaders by coaching them towards self-sufficiency in people management and promoting the relationship between line manager and employee as the primary employment relationship.
">
* Ensure compliance with P&E Policies and Procedures, Industrial Instruments, and National Employment Standards by helping managers understand HR risks and how to effectively manage them.
">
* Deliver a range of administrative and support services including maintaining accurate employee and position data in Workday, developing P&E correspondence, and reporting & analytics.
">

Requirements:
">
To be considered for this role, you will need:
">
">
* Experience in providing Generalist HR advice, ideally within a fast-paced and complex environment.
">
* Demonstrated ability to analyse complex people-related issues and provide advice and solutions to achieve positive business outcomes.
">
* Ability to partner with stakeholders, with strong communication and influencing skills.
">
* A comprehension of industry practices related to sourcing strategies, recruitment, promotion, skills development, employment conditions, and HR policies.
">
* Experience within critical infrastructure or related industry would be highly desirable.
">
* Tertiary qualifications in Human Resource Management or related field (highly desirable).
">
