Deliver Exceptional Customer Experiences: Help customers find the right products and services to suit their needs, ensuring their time at Telstra is a memorable one.
Be the Go-To Tech Expert: Stay up-to-date with the latest gadgets and services, offering informed guidance and solutions.
Achieve and Excel: Use your consultative selling skills to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs, while keeping customers connected.

Salary & Benefits
Annual Fixed Remuneration: $64,****** per year*
Penalty rates: Additional 25% for weekday hours after 6 PM; 25% on Saturdays; 100% on Sundays; 150% on public holidays
Superannuation: 12% included
Variable Remuneration: Eligibility, calculation and payment determined by the Variable Remuneration plan rules (subject to change)
