Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in our Shepparton, VIC location for a Sales Specialist. The Sales Specialist will play a key role in engaging with customers to deliver exceptional service, assist in identifying the right tools for their needs, and drive sales performance. Responsibilities include responding to customer inquiries, demonstrating products, maintaining merchandise displays, and collaborating with team members. Additionally, the role involves building strong customer relationships through personalized support and advice while contributing to the store's overall success.
Qualifications
* Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with diverse customers and team members
* Proficiency in Sales, including experience in achieving and exceeding sales targets
* Ability to provide Training and support to customers and team members
* Experience with Sales Management and processes, including strategic planning and goal setting
* Ability to adapt quickly to a fast-paced retail environment
* Proven problem-solving skills and a hands-on approach to tasks
* Previous experience in the retail or tools industry is considered an advantage
