Ready to drive meaningful change? Rio Tinto is seeking graduates from Geoscience disciplines to join us in roles across our Iron Ore business. Applicants must have degree qualifications in either:
* Master of Science in Mining Geology, Geoscience, Geophysics or Economic Geology
* Bachelor of Science with honours or Applied Science with a major in Geology, Geoscience, Applied Geology, Geophysics or Earth Science

About the program: The Graduate Program offers you the chance to help shape Rio Tinto from within. It extends over two years, focusing on developing both foundational and future-focused skills.
Responsibilities and program details
As a participant in the Graduate Program, you will rotate across teams and locations within Western Australia, culminating in a permanent position within Rio Tinto and opportunities to contribute to the world's progress through safe and innovative mining practices.

Where you will be working
In the Pilbara region of Western Australia, we own a world-class, integrated network of 18 mines, 4 independent port terminals, a rail network spanning nearly 2,000 kilometers and related infrastructure — all designed to respond rapidly to changes in demand. Rio Tinto is a leading producer and exporter of iron ore.
Additional requirements: Have the right to work in Australia or New Zealand; hold a current full C Class Manual Driver's License at program commencement; be available for FIFO and Perth-based opportunities, as the program involves rotations across multiple teams and locations within Western Australia.
