We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Apprentice Carpenter to assist our carpentry team on various residential and commercial construction projects. The Apprentice Carpenter will work under the supervision of experienced tradesman, gaining hands-on experience in construction and all aspects of carpentry and building such as:
- prefabricated timber frames and trusses
- prefabricated steel frames and trusses
- fascia, gutter and roofing
- installation of various cladding profiles from James Hardie and Weathertex
- Internal fit out
- installation of variouse hybrid flooring options
- basic concreting
- deck frames and decking including stairs and handrails
The successful applicant must have the following:
- Basic tools for a 2nd-3rd year apprentice
- Drivers license and vehicle
- Must be a team player who is eager to learn all aspects of carpentry and building
Job Type: Full time
Pay: $40,000.00 – $55,000.00 per year
