Purpose
To proactively work with key automotive dealerships within the state to build long‐lasting relationships and grow a profitable Angle Auto retail book.
Responsibilities
* Manage and grow a portfolio of dealerships, achieving volume, penetration, and business targets
* Build strong, trusted relationships with key stakeholders at all levels
* Conduct regular dealership visits, performance reviews, and strategy planning
* Deliver training, product knowledge sessions and support dealer staff
* Identify new business opportunities and support dealers in maximizing customer conversions
* Analyze portfolio performance, market trends, and competitive insights to drive outcomes
* Work collaboratively with internal teams including credit, settlements, operations and marketing
* Ensure compliance, governance and quality standards are upheld
Qualifications
* Tertiary qualified in Business, Commerce or Finance – desirable, but not essential
* Proven experience in dealer or business development management, ideally in financial services, automotive or related industries
* Relationship‐building and influencing skills
* Comfortable working to targets and delivering commercial results
* Confident communicator with the ability to train, present and engage stakeholders
* Analytical thinker able to interpret data and apply insight to strategy
* Self‐motivated, organised and able to work autonomously in the field
* Proactive mindset – someone who takes ownership and drives outcomes
