Role Title: Change Manager
Contract Role Till: Until the 18th of December ****
Daily Pay: Between $900 - $1,000 + Super per day
Location: 2-3 days per week in office at Macquarie Park *****), the rest is WFH.
Required Skills & Experience:
Minimum of 5 years' experience leading organisational change for transformation programs.
A proven track record of successfully realising change objectives in complex organisational structures.
Strong capability in change impact analysis and sophisticated analytical skills to discern change points, stakeholder needs and sentiment.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively engage with subject matter experts and stakeholders across the organisation, including those at senior management levels.
Adeptness in gauging organisational readiness and identifying risks (along with appropriate mitigations) to facilitate change implementation.
Repeated experience in working on projects which include external vendors, consultants, Business Analysts, Testers and Solution Architects.
Demonstrated resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced environment, while sustaining deadlines.
Strong self-management skills to work autonomously while also collaborating with fellow members of the change team to ensure alignment across the program.

Salesforce implementations
Supporting change implementation in both agile and waterfall technology delivery
University / higher education audiences
