This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Structural Engineer located in Millers Point, NSW. The Senior Structural Engineer will manage and execute the design, analysis, and construction of structural engineering projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. The role will involve project coordination, preparing detailed engineering reports, guiding junior engineers, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and clients to deliver high-quality solutions.
Qualifications
* Strong proficiency in structural design and analysis, including experience with building and civil structures
* Knowledge of engineering software and tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, or other structural analysis software
* Project management capabilities, including planning, scheduling, and meeting deadlines effectively
* Leadership skills to mentor and supervise junior engineers and team members
* Thorough understanding of structural and civil engineering standards, codes, and regulations
* Excellent problem‐solving skills and ability to provide innovative technical solutions
* Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering; a Master's degree or equivalent certification is advantageous
* Industry experience, with a preference for candidates holding a Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent
* Effective communication skills to liaise with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams
