**Your new role**
The IT Support Officer is required to provide specialist support, to diagnose issues, provide a solution and report it to management and staff. You will need to be able to work autonomously and within a team, providing your expertise to the companies staff at various locations. Duties in this role will involve the implementation of IT equipment, as well as Maintaining and updating relevant hardware and software
**What you'll need to succeed**
- ServiceDesk Support or Desktop Support experience (Essential)
- University Degree in IT, Cert 3 in IT or similar (Essential)
- Drivers licence (Essential)
- Active Directory experience (Essential)
- Microsoft, VMware, Cisco or other networking Certification (Highly Desirable)
