Health and Wellness Coordinator Job Description
This role is responsible for coordinating the delivery of health and wellness services at our leisure centre. The successful candidate will have a passion for fitness and a strong understanding of program management principles.
The Health and Wellness Coordinator will oversee the development and implementation of programs to promote physical activity, healthy eating, and mental wellbeing. They will work closely with our team to ensure that all programs are delivered in a safe and effective manner.
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. You will also need to have a strong ability to problem-solve and think creatively. A Cert III or IV in Fitness (or equivalent) and current Fitness Registration are essential requirements for this position.
Additional qualifications such as a Pool Lifeguard Certificate, Leadership experience, Relevant Diploma or Sport and Recreation and/or Facility Operations experience would be highly regarded.
