Customer Service Representative – Industrial Products (Pakenham, VIC)

Our client, an international manufacturer supplying innovative industrial and consumer products, is seeking a hands‑on Customer Service Representative to join their growing Pakenham team.
This is a great role for someone who enjoys taking ownership, resolving issues, and being the go‑to person customers rely on for accurate, efficient service. You’ll work closely with internal teams across sales, warehouse, and operations to ensure everything runs smoothly from order to delivery.
What you’ll do
* Handle day‑to‑day customer enquiries across phone and email, providing prompt, accurate responses.
* Enter and manage orders through Oracle ERP and EDI systems with precision and attention to detail.
* Liaise with warehouse and logistics teams to track dispatches, delivery schedules, and stock availability.
* Investigate and resolve customer or order issues, always with a calm, solutions‑focused approach.
* Support the Sales team with quotes, product information, and order updates.
* Manage new customer setups and maintain accurate documentation.
What you’ll bring
* 2+ years of experience in a customer service or order processing role, ideally in manufacturing or distribution.
* Strong problem‑solving mindset and enthusiasm for getting hands‑on to find solutions.
* Experience with ERP systems (Oracle preferred) and proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams).
* Excellent communication skills — both written and verbal.
* A proactive, team‑oriented attitude and strong time‑management skills.
