This NSW government agency is a major service provider who strives to deliver a more consistent and innovative experience within the development of New South Wales government. Our client is looking for a Administration Officer to provide support to a Business Support team.
**About the Role**
- Managing a busy mailbox
- Responding to enquiries and requests from internal and external customers
- Accounts receivable and payable functions
- Managing assessor profiles on our members website
- Identifying improvements to business processes
- Providing adhoc administrative support to the wider team
**About You**
- Min. one year's experience in a customer service and office/admin capacity
- Ability to prioritise workloads to meet deadlines
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks to meet strict deadlines
- SAP and CM9/TRIM experience preferred, but not essential
