Social Media Coordinator
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to enhance our online presence.
* Manage and create engaging content for multiple platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and others.
* Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including members, trainers, and marketing teams.
* Monitor and respond to messages, comments, and member inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
* Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices to ensure our content remains fresh and relevant.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns that drive membership sales and engagement.
* Track performance metrics and provide insights to inform our social media strategy.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in social media management, preferably in the fitness industry.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
* Creative and proactive approach to developing innovative content and campaigns.
* Strong analytical skills, with the ability to track and analyze performance metrics.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable attitude.
* Basic knowledge of graphic design principles and Adobe Creative Suite is an advantage.
