We are looking for experienced and reliable Civil Operators to join our team based in Jandikot. You will operate plant machinery to assist with property, construction of new facilities. Our Construction team supports the growth of our business by focusing on internal and external civil works, plant operation and property maintenance. To be successful you must be self-motivated and be willing to put in the work needed to complete jobs in a timely manner. Attention to detail and highest quality workmanship are paramount. **Responsibilities**:
- Assist in site preparation, maintenance, and machine operation.
- Manual tasks such as digging, lifting, and carrying construction materials.
- Operate machinery and equipment according to procedures.
- Monitor machine performance and adjust as needed.
- Load and unload materials and equipment.
- Support tradespeople and collaborate with team members.
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on machinery.
- Troubleshoot operational issues and ensure quality control.
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean work area.
- Document production data and maintain records.
