* Meticulously process security clearances, adhering to the Protective Security Policy Framework (PSPF) and industry best practices.
* Conduct Quality Assurance checks on Personal Security Files (PSFs) to ensure compliance with standards and policies.
* Manage caseloads efficiently and effectively, leveraging your leadership skills to maximize productivity.
* Coach, mentor, and develop Analysts and Senior Analysts, including onboarding new team members and fostering a culture of growth and development.
* Document and provide data-driven advice on clearance outcomes, maintaining high standards of quality and compliance.
