About The Role
The Executive Business Support Officer is accountable for the provision of high quality and timely governance and administrative support to the Chief Information Officer (CIO) and SWARH Executive Committees. This includes providing proficient and confidential administrative services and administrative governance support to nominated SWARH Executive Committees, collecting and assimilating information from a variety of different sources, the preparation of correspondence, briefings, agenda papers, diary management and record management that help the CIO and SWARH Executive Committees to be as efficient, effective and productive as possible.
Key Responsibilities
* Extensive diary management including meeting with internal and external stakeholders, VIPs, and other appointments and commitments of the CIO
* Develop and maintain records, filing and document management systems necessary to monitor and control papers and other information required by the CIO
* Produce agenda papers and minutes and provide administrative governance support to the SWARH Executive Committees
