Statewide Industrial Maintenance Pty Ltd is an ISO qualified maintenance and engineering company located in Naval Base with 20+ years experience in engineering design, capital works, fabrication, installation, shutdowns and maintenance of varying types of fixed process plant & equipment.
We are looking for an experienced Site Supervisor who can bring their previous work experience and industry knowledge to make a real difference and execute high level SMP works across various local industrial sites.

The successful applicant will have the following experience/qualifications:
* Minimum 6+ years’ experience on brownfield/greenfield sites
* Qualifications - Preference; Boilermaker or Mechanical Fitter
* SMP Project Experience
* Brown Fields Experience
* Shutdown Experience
* Strong communication and leadership skills.
* Good interpersonal and management skills.
* Willing to go above and beyond
* Lead a site based team of boilermakers/riggers/fitters and coded welders.
* Ability to interpret ISO drawings, and specifications.
* Proficient with with the use of Navisworks or 3D Software viewer platforms
* Plan and organize daily work tasks, ensuring efficient use of resources.
* Ensure all work is performed in compliance with site safety regulations and company policies.
* Provide training and mentorship to team members.
* Perform quality checks on completed work to ensure it meets the required standards.
* Willingness to progress, undergo training and transition to higher level roles
