**Return-It Depots** or Return-It Express Pods across
**QLD.**
An amazing opportunity exists for a highly motivated & proactive
**Depot Manager **to work at our
**Glanmire **depot. The role will be a rostered
**5 day week (38hrs)** Sunday - Thursday
**What Will You do?**
Customers from far and wide will be visiting the depot to receive a refund for their glass and plastic products. Your role will be to ensure you assist customers by collecting, carrying and sorting their product then providing them with a refund. This will involve standing for long periods of time and
**heavy lifting**.
**Daily Tasks**:
- Manage a team of 8-10 direct reports;
- Sort product accurately and place in designated areas
- Transport items to the relevant storage area. This may be via forklift or manual handling.
- Ensure customers welcomed and assisted with their recycling products to inspire return customers
- Sort all recycling products in a timely and effective manner
- Ensuring cash float is balanced at the end of each day.
- Ensure staff are adhering to all Health and Safety Procedures and highlighting any hazards/faults/risks to Management.
- Overseeing staff rosters.
- Identify problem areas and establish and new procedures to improve efficiency.
- Ensure that staff have the skills and training to work safely and efficiently.
**About you**
You have experience supervising a team, this could be in Retail, Hospitality or Warehousing industry.
- Management experience
- Excel & Outlook experience
- **Forklift license or willing to obtain (Essential).**:
