**The Role**
The Service Planner ensures the highest customer satisfaction by controlling available service resources in the most efficient way and managing the service execution through Technicians.
The Service Planner is the vital link between Customer expectations and our internal resources and is skilled in balancing them to achieve maximum efficiency and Customer satisfaction.
This involves understanding customers' service requests and translatingthem into service solutions and taking full ownership of its delivery.
Planner is in charge of the entire Customer experience, from first enquiry, obtaining a PO, scheduling, service delivery and invoice and payment.
**What we expect of you?**
- Strong planning and necessary administration skills
- Experience in a fast paced workshop / engineering or service operation
- Intermediate PC skills with knowledge of Office365, SAP and Cloud for Customer (CRM)
- High level of ability in working with databases and proprietary programs
- Dedication to providing high level Customer Service
- High attention to detail
- Highly capable of learning new systems and adapting to new processes
- Able to challenge existing work practices and bring ideas to improve them
- Ability to work autonomously
