About This Role
This role is centered around driving revenue growth and expanding our client base in the Australia & New Zealand region. The ideal candidate will possess a hunter mindset, enabling them to proactively identify and secure new business opportunities with a hands-on approach.
* Strategic Growth – Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue goals within the retail media sector.
* New Business Development – Drive client acquisition and growth through proactive identification and pursuit of new opportunities.
* Client Partnerships – Build and nurture strong relationships with key clients and partners, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work closely with global and local teams across product, marketing, and customer success to align efforts and deliver value.
* Market Intelligence – Share insights on industry trends, customer needs, and competitive activity to shape product roadmaps and go-to-market strategies.
* Customer Success & Retention – Ensure high levels of client engagement and deliver measurable outcomes that drive long-term partnerships.
* Performance Tracking – Monitor sales metrics, prepare regular reports, and provide data-driven recommendations to leadership.
You Will Be a Great Fit If You Have
* 8–12 years of experience in sales leadership roles within SaaS, retail media, or digital advertising, with a proven record of exceeding revenue targets.
* A hunter mindset and a hands-on approach, with the ability to independently drive client acquisition and growth.
* Exposure to retail media or enterprise SaaS sales, with strong industry knowledge/connections.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with C-level executives.
* Experience collaborating with cross-geo teams and stakeholders, driving alignment across diverse functions and regions.
* Analytical and data-driven, with the ability to use insights to optimize performance and outcomes.
