About the Role
The position is primarily responsible for maintaining a visible security presence while remaining vigilant and focused. You will be part of an enthusiastic, committed, and customer-focused team.
You will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to all our customers and building strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
* Monitor CCTV and radio communications systems
* Access control and monitor fire and alarm panel
* Respond to all customer enquiries and liaise with emergency services
* Conduct foot patrols
* Complete reports and computer use
Sites include Holsworthy Barracks, RAAF Richmond, RAAF Glenbrook, Orchard Hills.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Certificate II in Security Operations
* Available to work 24/7 roster
* NSW Security licence
* Previous experience in a customer-facing role
* Experience in security operations (ideal, but not necessary)
* Positive attitude, great communication skills, willingness to learn and adapt
* Australian Citizenship required; Baseline clearance (or the ability to obtain)
* Australian Defence force experience is desirable
