Opportunity
Nova 106.9 is looking for our next Executive Producer to lead Brisbane's Number 1 Breakfast Show. This is an incredible opportunity to take the next step in your career in radio – managing a high‑profile radio show, driving creative excellence and keeping every project on track while maintaining world‑class on‑air quality.
Responsibilities
* Foster a fun, creative, high‑performing culture that drives rating success.
* Lead and inspire the team to deliver engaging strategic content.
* Plan and organise each survey, week and show to ensure compelling and well‑executed content.
* Collaborate productively with producers and talent in a high‑pressure, fast‑paced environment.
* Book the biggest stars and the hottest guests of the moment.
* Shape and refine a well‑planned content arc that connects to the Nova audience.
* Ensure clear communication across the show and the wider network teams.
* Work closely with the Digital Content Producer to amplify content across all platforms.
* Drive innovation and create the kind of "did you hear that" radio moments listeners love.
* Lead by example and do whatever it takes to win the radio ratings.
Qualifications
* A passion for creating exceptional, engaging content.
* Strong Talent Management that brings out the best in your on‑air team.
* An understanding of – and commitment to – the commercial success of the show and station.
* Having your finger on the pulse of what's hot and "what's next."
* Excellent organisational and time‑management skills and the ability to thrive under tight deadlines.
* Strong industry relationships and contacts.
* At least three years' experience in Executive producing personality‑driven radio shows.
