Pallas Capital is a debt and equity fund manager specialising in the financing of Australian and New Zealand Commercial Real Estate. The business was established in direct response to the growing lack of credit in Australia's mid-range property market; a situation exacerbated by the shortage of reputable, risk-adverse, non-bank lenders.
Fortis our property development management business, has a portfolio of more than $750 million in successfully completed residential and commercial projects, with a further $560 million to be completed by the end of the year.
Due to continued growth, in Fortis there is an opportunity for a Marketing Executive to join the team in our Brisbane office.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support and, where required, lead the implementation of each project campaign's end-to-end marketing and media strategy, in line with the agreed sales and leasing strategies
* Conduct upfront market, competitor, and customer research to inform campaign planning and strategy
* Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external creative and production partners to deliver marketing assets on time, on brief, within budget, and to a high creative standard
* Support the creation of engaging experiences for prospective and existing purchasers and commercial stakeholders
* Work closely with development, sales, leasing, and marketing teams to identify, prioritise, and deliver on project opportunities
* Assist with the planning and delivery of project events, including launches, sales suite openings, community initiatives, open homes, and resident welcome events
* Track and analyse marketing, sales, and leasing performance, providing regular reporting and campaign optimisation recommendations
* Support sales and leasing meetings, including preparing agendas, recording minutes, and driving actionable outcomes
* Engage and collaborate with a broad project stakeholder group to ensure alignment on campaign direction, deliverables, budgets, and approvals
* Report marketing activity and outcomes as part of weekly Development WIPs and ensure key decisions and actions are clearly documented
* Act as a brand guardian, ensuring all communications and experiences align with project communication strategies and Fortis brand guidelines
About You
* Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications or equivalent
* In-depth knowledge of residential, mixed-use and commercial property
* Proficiency in digital media channels including Meta and LinkedIn
* Proficiency in project management tools
* 3+ years' experience in property marketing, either in-house or creative agency (property focus)
* Good understanding of all digital media platforms
* Experience managing brand, marketing and campaigns for property projects
* Experience in developing and delivering first-class experience strategies and engagement initiatives
