About the Role
We are seeking highly motivated and compassionate individuals to join our team as Support Service Workers. As a Support Service Worker, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care and support to residents across all aspects of hospitality and support services.
The successful applicant will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, colleagues, and external partners. You will also demonstrate a passion for helping others and ensuring dignity for all.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist with the preparation, assembly, and delivery of meals, morning and afternoon teas, and dinners
* Ensure resident preferences are noted and special dietary needs are provided in accordance with resident care plans
* Maintain food at correct temperatures and record temperatures as required by the Food Safety Program
* Serve and present food in accordance with catering operating procedures and HACCP standards
