**About the Role**
Reporting to the Directors, you will manage a team of high performing administrators and be responsible for providing comprehensive administration and accounts support. You will have a hands-on approach, positive attitude and be excellent in customer service and go the extra mile. With an ongoing interest in commercial accounting and finance, you will enjoy the opportunity to expand on your accounts experience and responsibilities over time.
**Duties**
- Manage a small administration team
- Provide comprehensive administrative and business support
- Work closely with the Directors, Estimators and Project Managers
- Provide quality accounting and financial assistance with accounts, creditors, debtors and bank reconciliations
- Use MYOB and advanced excel skills
- Microsoft Access Database development
- Develop and maintain policies and procedures
**Skills & Experience**
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to supervise and delegate
- Demonstrated attention to detail, high accuracy and time-management skills
- Advanced MS Excel knowledge and systems savvy
- Previous experience working with MYOB or similar software
- Diploma in Accounting (highly desirable)
- A background in building industry would be advantageous
- An excellent working knowledge of MS Access preferred
