Overview
The Boeing Defence Australia Graduate Program offers graduates a permanent full-time position from January 2026, providing a solid career foundation from day one. Graduate opportunities are available in Adelaide, Brisbane and Williamtown across a range of engineering business units.
Responsibilities
Contribute to the development of engineering solutions for electrical and electronic equipment including electrical power and data systems, and ruggedised computing and network equipment.
Test and analyse electronic products and electrical systems for EMI/EMC compliance.
Contribute to the development of engineering documentation and support configuration management of system hardware.
Communicate and collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to deliver innovative solutions for the Australian Defence Force.
Qualifications and Eligibility
Education: tertiary degree qualification in engineering, computer science or information technology (or anticipated graduation date before January 2026).
Eligibility: Australian Citizens to meet Defence security requirements.
Interest areas encouraged: radiofrequency (RF) engineering, satellite communications, RF design, antenna design or microwave telecommunications.
Program Details
Duration: 24-month Graduate Program designed to equip you with essential skills for a successful transition into full-time work.
Structure: Learning objectives and a structured framework, with an individual journey tailored in collaboration with your manager.
Exposure: Remain within one business unit for the entire duration to immerse in team dynamics and project work.
