Personal Care Assistant
Job Description:
In this role, you will provide care to residents in accordance with care plans and policies. You will also be responsible for accurate and timely documentation relevant to resident care.
You will work in consultation with other staff to provide relevant and timely information required for ACFI assessment and classification. Participation in the quality process is also essential.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Excellent clinical, time management, organisational and communication skills, with the ability to adapt and problem solve.
* A compassionate, flexible and positive approach to effective patient care and management.
* The ability to nurture friendly, respectful relationships and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
You will also be required to provide evidence of, or be in the process of obtaining:
* A current NDIS Clearance Check.
* Proof of current influenza vaccination and other vaccination status consistent with public health orders.
* A valid Australian work visa.
