**About the Role**
**About You**
You will have the ability to effectively manage internal and external stakeholders within a complex and dynamic environment to provide exceptional levels of customer service.** **You have the flexibility to travel and occasionally work out of business hours/on weekends with the ability to be rostered on an on-call capacity.

- Demonstrate exceptional moral values in everything you do.
- Diploma level or higher in an associated discipline such as Community Services, Behavioural Science, Social Work or other Social Science/Human Service disciplines (Psychology or Counselling with significant case management experience).
- Experience working with culturally and linguistically diverse communities and individuals.
- A current valid Driver's License and your own reliable vehicle.
- The ability to obtain and maintain a current Australian Federal Police Clearance and Commonwealth Government Security Clearance.
- A current and valid First Aid Certificate and Working with Children Certificate
