An exciting opportunity has become available for a customer centric and highly organised individual to join the legal team at the Department of Customer Service.
You will provide high-quality paralegal, clerical services and administrative support to a team of solicitors whose role is to provide a range of specialised litigation and advice services within the Department.
This role will allow you to further develop your skills and knowledge while supporting the delivery of legal services within the Department. You will have exposure to a wide variety of legal matters and be given the opportunity to grow and develop in a supportive and collaborative close-knit team.

**To be successful in this role you will demonstrate**:
- Experience as a paralegal supporting a legal litigation team
- Demonstrated experience in drafting court documents, correspondence and advice; undertaking legal research into legislation and case law; liaising with witnesses; and knowledge of court and tribunal administration, practice and procedure.
- Strong organisational, planning, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability in the use of Microsoft Office Suite
