Lion, home to Australia's most iconic beer and RTD brands – Hahn, XXXX, Stone & Wood, and Kirin Hyoketsu (to name a few) – is looking for a passionate and results-driven State Sales Manager to lead our WA field sales team. Based in Perth you'll play a critical role in driving sales growth and market share by executing strategic sales plans, building strong customer relationships and delivering operational excellence. You'll lead a high-performing, safety-focused team, whilst working collaboratively with teams across Lion to achieve growth & execution plans.

Your Mission
* Deliver with Impact: Execute the state sales plan to deliver executional targets, exceeding volume, revenue and market share goals.
* Engage in the Marketplace: Nurture productive, mutually beneficial business relationships with customers and industry associations, being an ambassador for Lion at customer, sponsorship and industry events.
* Collaborate for Success: Collaborate internally to deliver against business priorities and lead On Premise channel meetings, Field Leadership briefings and Sales planning forums.
* Negotiate and Persuade: Represent Lion in Pourage Rights deals, owning negotiation strategy and long-term value creation.
* Drive Operational Excellence: Embed Lion processes, technology and tools across the state field sales team.
* Lead and Coach: Create, develop and lead a high-performing team, driving team engagement and championing a high-growth culture.
