* Base salary + super + quarterly bonus incentive + company vehicle
* Servicing our client base across the Gladstone region
* Permanent full-time position
Based out of our Gladstone branch, with regular travel across the region, you’ll be reporting directly to the Regional Sales Manager.
Each day will include building and nurturing trusted relationships to a client group including small to mid-tier mining, construction and civil companies to provide mutually beneficial outcomes to these customers and Coates.
You’ll enjoy variety in your roles including
* Establishing yourself as the lead point of contact for all client matters and developing trusted relationships
* Navigate your way through allocated client organisations and increase awareness of Coates offerings and solutions
* Develop strategies and collaborate with support teams to deliver initiatives that delight customers and support sales growt

What You’ll Bring To The Role
* Proven track record of success in an account management or key client relationship role, preferably within the Gladstone industrial, manufacturing and government sectors
* Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong, trust-based relationships
* Demonstrated ability to identify client needs, develop tailored solutions and deliver exceptional customer service in the Hire industry.
