The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 3-4 years of accounting experience.
CPA qualification is required for this position.
Strong management accounting experience is essential for this role.
Australian citizenship or permanent residency is required.
This role requires a proactive professional who is process-driven, highly organised, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a small, agile team.
Experience using Quickbooks and Zoho would be helpful.
Key Responsibilities
* Issue / receipt of purchase orders
* Monthly invoicing and quote follow-ups
* Bookkeeping: accounts receivable/payable, debt collection, reconciliations, payroll, BAS, reporting, and cash flow management
* Inventory control and support for the sales/logistics teams
* Customer communications and service support
