Right now, we have an exciting opportunity for a driven and detail-savvy HR professional to join us as Group People Operations Manager on a 13-month fixed-term contract .
This is not your average HR operations role. Reporting to the Group Head of Performance & Reward, this position is a key enabler of our People & Culture team's impact across the business. It's a role where individual contribution meets enterprise-wide influence, with a chance to directly shape employee experience, optimise people systems, and support leadership decision-making with insightful data.
In this role, you'll: Lead continuous improvement initiatives that elevate the employee journey across our global footprint Own and enhance our people data, reporting and dashboards – supporting decision-making with data-driven insights With support from external counsel, you will oversee policy governance, compliance and contract frameworks across ANZ, US, and China Be the go-to for engagement surveys, gender reporting, DEIB project support, and group-wide people calendar and reporting Contribute to performance and reward processes, including remuneration frameworks, equity plans and salary reviews Play a lead role in group-wide talent initiatives, learning and development and culture-shaping projects Support performance and reward processes, such as market benchmarking and annual salary and performance review This role is ideal for a proactive operator who enjoys solving problems, wants exposure to the end-to-end HR remit, and translating data into meaningful action – all while working in a collaborative, purpose-led environment.

In this role we're looking for:
4-5 years in HR operations and/or people analytics, ideally within FMCG, retail, or a multinational business Confidence working with data, policy frameworks, and employment legislation High-level proficiency in Excel (Power BI is a bonus!)
