About the Role
We currently have an exciting Sales Support Representative opportunity in the Ballarat area, available for a dedicated and enthusiastic individual who is keen to join a high performing team.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain quality relationships with store personnel.
- Provide excellent customer service through marketing activities, including building and merchandising displays.
- Maintain compliance standards to activations.
- Perform physical tasks such as lifting, pushing, pulling and stacking product up to 12 kg.
- Participate in a short general fitness/medical assessment as part of recruitment.
Qualifications & Experience
- Some retail/grocery experience is an advantage but not necessary.
- Excellent communication skills, high drive and initiative, and a passion for sales.
- Adaptable, agile, problem solving, accountable and takes pride in work.
- Ability to interact with people at all levels.
