Job Description
* Partner with managers to develop, review and analyse budget performance and monthly forecasts
* Provide clear financial insights, reporting and recommendations to senior leaders
* Support the annual budget process, including training and guiding managers through budgeting requirements
* Conduct cost modelling, pricing analysis and financial evaluations for new and existing programs
* Analyse course and program viability, identifying opportunities to improve financial performance
* Ensure compliance with organisational policies, financial obligations and relevant legislation
* Build effective relationships and deliver proactive, customer focused financial advice
The Successful Applicant
A successful Finance Business Partner should have:
* Strong stakeholder management experience with the confidence to guide financial decisions
* Background in business partnering, forecasting, budgeting or financial analysis
* Ability to translate financial data into actionable insights
* Advanced Excel and experience with ERP financial systems
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with managers across diverse business areas
* Tertiary qualification in Accounting, Commerce or related field (CPA/CA desirable)
