Concrete Agitator Truck Drivers – Boonah & Wacol
Full-time | Training Provided | Option to Purchase Truck with Ongoing Contract
We’re looking for reliable, safety-focused Concrete Agitator Truck Drivers to join our team based at our Boonah and Wacol plants.

About the role
* Operate a concrete agitator (HR) truck safely and professionally
* Deliver concrete to customers across the region
* Perform basic vehicle and equipment checks and cleaning
* Follow all safety procedures and site requirements
* Provide friendly, professional service to customers and plant staff
There is also an option to purchase a truck with an ongoing contract, offering a great long-term opportunity for the right person.
Location
* Boonah – we strongly prefer drivers who live locally to the Boonah concrete plant (not Gold Coast based)
* Wacol – opportunities available from our Wacol plant
What we’re looking for
* Current HR (Heavy Rigid) Licence – required
* Previous agitator driving or concrete delivery experience is preferred, but not essential
* Good communication and customer service skills
* Strong focus on safety and reliability
* Ability to work as part of a small, supportive team
Training and support
No agitator experience? That’s okay.
We can provide comprehensive paid training before you start on the full rate, including:
* Minimum 18 days of on-the-job training or
* At least 40 loads completed (approximately 5 loads per day)
You’ll be supported by experienced operators and given the time you need to get confident in the role.
