Our business provides physiotherapy, exercise physiology, remedial massage therapy, and other services.
The Job:
We are seeking a full-time front desk professional to work across our clinics in Melbourne. You will cover opening and closing shifts, greeting clients, scheduling appointments, and processing payments.
You will work closely with clinical staff to ensure seamless client experiences. Key responsibilities include:
 * Learning new processes quickly
 * Using initiative to solve issues
 * Accuracy and attention to detail
 * Excellent verbal and written communication skills
 * Professional attitude and presentation
No prior experience is assumed, and comprehensive training will be provided. The successful applicant will have 4 weeks of training before commencing full-time hours.
Training:
Ongoing training will be part of the administration team. We welcome applications from all qualified candidates.
