Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced professional to provide exceptional customer service and front desk support in our Airline Lounge business. As a Concierge, you will be responsible for welcoming guests, assisting with daily operations, and providing information and recommendations to enhance their experience.
* Welcome guests to the lounge with engagement and warmth
* Assist with front desk daily operations
* Conduct guest and carrier enquiries via phone or in person and make reservations and recommendations
* Servicing guest arrivals and departures
You will work closely with the lounge team and associated aviation companies to ensure seamless delivery of five-star catering, cleaning, and concierge services aligned to our partner brands. Your ability to act without prior authority in matters concerning safety, security, and well-being is essential.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Proven experience in similar positions within a Hosting or Front Office environment
* Self-motivation and a genuine passion for hospitality and guest service
* Efficiency in learning and understanding aviation flight schedules, codes, and software platforms, excellent computer skills
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to work closely with all lounge team members and associated aviation companies
* A friendly, outgoing personality and a high standard of personal presentation
