Jewellery Showroom Manager – Full Time (Linneys Perth City)
Are you passionate about fine jewellery, exceptional customer service, and leading a high-performing retail team? We are seeking an experienced Jewellery Showroom Manager to oversee the daily operations of the elegant Linneys Perth showroom located in the heart of the Perth City.
About the Role & Responsibilities:
Supervising and coordinating the showroom activities, leading and inspiring a team to deliver great customer service and exceed sales targets.
Liaising with clients and problem solving any issues.
Maintain knowledge of stock, marketing campaigns, policies and company.
Performing day‑to‑day administrative tasks such as recording daily takings, processing transfers, liaising with contractors.
Planning and coordinating the monthly roster for the sales team, ensuring correct coverage is allowed for.
Lead the training of the sales team about the products and services offered, including the sales terms (e.g. special features, job packets, return and warranty policies).
Explain the product options available to customers and make appropriate recommendations, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluating customer satisfaction.
Reporting on weekly + monthly activity/results.
Key Qualifications & Requirements:
Proven experience in retail management, preferably in the luxury / jewellery industry.
Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills with a team player attitude.
Planning & strategic skills to participate and understand business decisions.
Ability to pay attention to details and adapt to change.
Open to deliver and receive constructive feedback.
Intermediate level using Excel and Microsoft Office for reporting purposes.
Availability to work full‑time (including Saturdays).
Experience in fine jewellery retail sales or high‑end luxury products.
