Sharp & Carter offers a unique opportunity for a skilled CRM and email marketing specialist. This role involves owning the strategy and execution of campaigns across various brands in Australia and New Zealand.
Duties and Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing end-to-end email and SMS campaigns for customer acquisition, onboarding, conversion, retention, and win-back.
* Develop automated customer journeys using data-driven insights.
* Write and edit compelling copy for email and SMS channels.
* Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide actionable insights.
* Maintain compliance with privacy and spam regulations.
* Collaborate with marketing, content, digital, and analytics teams.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must have 4+ years of experience in CRM and email marketing, preferably in eCommerce, DTC, or digital retail.
* Proficiency in platforms like Klaviyo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, or Braze.
* Hands-on experience building lifecycle and promotional campaigns.
* Strong understanding of segmentation, targeting, personalization, and lead generation.
* Excellent copywriting skills for short- and long-form content.
* Comfort with HTML/CSS for formatting and troubleshooting.
* Analytical mindset with experience using GA, BI tools, or CRM dashboards.
* Strong project management skills.
