We are seeking an experienced and skilled HVAC Installer/Install Lead to join our team. As an installer, you will be responsible for inspecting, installing, maintaining, and repairing wiring and electrical fixtures/systems in residential and commercial settings.
You will communicate effectively with customers to ensure they understand project scopes and solutions offered. Additionally, you will provide detailed estimates and complete jobs efficiently while ensuring compliance with national and local electrical codes.
The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of electrical systems, circuits, wiring, and safety procedures, with a minimum of 2+ years of experience. You must also possess a valid driver's license and clean driving record, as well as the ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
Familiarity with safety protocols and adherence to safety regulations is essential, along with excellent communication and teamwork abilities. The physical stamina to perform physically demanding tasks is also required.
As an Installer/Install Lead, you will have the opportunity to work flexible hours/schedules including occasional on-call, nights, holidays, and weekends. Depending on your experience, our average Installer makes between $60,000 to $80,000 annually, with top performers averaging over $85,000 annually.
