Job Description
The primary goal of the Assistant Manager position is to provide day-to-day operational support to our team. This involves working closely with colleagues to ensure exceptional service to customers who are the backbone of the electrical industry in Australia.
About The Role
* Ensure that customers receive a high level of service and are satisfied with their experience.
* Develop strong relationships with customers, colleagues, internal and external stakeholders.
* Provide leadership and training to foster an inclusive work culture.
* Ensure compliance with all procedures and enhance a strong WH&S culture.
* Collaborate with the team and Branch Manager to develop and implement continuous improvement strategies.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Previous experience in a customer-facing role, with a passion for sales and operational excellence.
* Be enthusiastic, ambitious, and have a strong desire to learn and build a career.
* Previous experience in leading or mentoring a team is highly desirable.
* Electrical wholesaling, trades, or building/construction industry experience is highly regarded.
