The Opportunity
You will work side‐by‐side with the Director, supporting active buyer clients from enquiry through to settlement. This is a hands‐on, fast‐paced role where you will learn negotiation, market analysis and client management at a high level. This is not an admin role. This is a sales‐driven support position with clear earning potential and progression.
Your Responsibilities
* Supporting the Director with active buyer clients
* Building relationships with local real estate agents
* Sourcing off‐market and pre‐market opportunities
* Attending property inspections on behalf of clients
* Managing and nurturing a warm database
* Monitoring the market and providing updates to clients
* Liaising with agents, solicitors and vendors
* Managing emails, appointments and diaries
* Delivering exceptional client care from sign‐up to settlement
* Attending weekly sales meetings and ongoing training
About You
* Minimum 12 months experience in sales (real estate preferred but not essential)
* Hungry, driven and financially motivated
* Confident speaking with agents and high‐level clients
* Strong organisation and follow‐up skills
* Professional presentation
* Certificate of Registration (COR)
* Reliable car and driver's licence
The Package
* $75,000 base salary
* Approx. $1,500 per month in commissions
* First year earnings around $95,000
