Workforce Planning / Workforce Transformation Consultant (Senior Associate/Manager)
OCRT is hiring a Workforce Intelligence Specialist with strategic planning expertise and a diverse range of skills. We're looking for professionals seeking to grow their career with an Australian-owned company working within the National Security Sector as part of our Canberra-based workforce.
We are particularly interested in individuals with the following skills:
* Workforce planning and capability mapping for Defence
* Understanding of Defence capability programs and strategic priorities
* Skills gap analysis and workforce capability assessments for technical and specialist workforces
* Development of recruitment strategies and workforce implementation plans
* Experience working with mixed workforce models in technical environments
* Understanding of DSTG, CASG, or similar Defence capability/innovation organisations
* Ability to translate strategic priorities into workforce capability requirements
For this role, candidates must hold an active minimum NV1 Australian Government Security Clearance.
