We're not looking for someone who's heard of cold therapy. We're looking for someone who's already in it. Someone who lives and breathes wellness, works well on their own two feet, and knows how to solve a problem before anyone else notices there was one.

The role
You're the first person our guests meet. The one who sets the tone, holds the space, and makes sure every visit lands the way it's supposed to.
This is a full-time front-of-house role at our Southport Bathhouse. You'll run check-in, guide guests through the space, handle enquiries, and keep things moving smoothly - all while making people feel genuinely welcome the moment they walk through the door.
Day to day, you'll be:
* Greeting guests and walking them through check-in and facility orientation
* Sharing real knowledge about hot and cold therapy, our facilities, and how to get the most out of a session
* Handling phone and in-person enquiries, memberships, casual visits, scheduling, pricing
* Helping guests find the right option for them and following through
* Keeping the bathhouse looking and feeling immaculate - locker rooms, common areas, all of it
* Restocking towels, toiletries, and refreshments; flagging maintenance issues promptly
* Processing payments, maintaining guest records, and coordinating with the team
* Solving problems calmly and independently - before they become someone else's problem
What we need from you
* You live and breathe wellness. This isn't a talking point for you - it's your baseline.
* You're genuinely good with people. Warm, clear, and present.
* You work well independently. You don't need to be managed.
* You know hot and cold therapy. Contrast protocols, sauna, ice - you understand the practice.
* You've worked in customer service or hospitality before.
* You stay composed when it gets busy or complicated.
* We're open from 6am to 9pm, shifts will be a combination of mornings, days and nights.

About Vikasati
We were built on a simple belief: feeling good doesn't have to be complicated. It's instinctually human.
Founders Ben and Will started where most people do - hauling ice into bathtubs, building makeshift saunas, testing what the body could handle. They found that contrast therapy didn't just restore the body. It recalibrated the mind. As their lives grew busier - families, businesses, everything that comes with it - those same rituals held steady.
In 2022, they built Vikasati: a place for others to find what they'd found. An open-air bathhouse grounded in nature, community, and intentional practice. A space where people return to the elements, and leave stronger for everything that comes next.
